Orange Housing Development Corporation is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors that makes up a diverse group representing all segments of the community. Each director serves with no compensation and is selected based on such factors as geographic location, income level, and professional expertise. Their combined talent and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that OHDC utilizes in formulating and implementing its strategic business planning as well as development programs and activities.

Mr. Utter is retired from Associated Laboratories where he served as Controller. He served or is currently on the Board of the Orange Senior Center, Orange North Rotary Club, the Orange Centennial Commission, Community Pride, and several other community organizations.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sallinger is Senior Vice President of California United Bank. He has an extensive background in banking and financing. He is a member of Orange Roatry Club and serves on the City of Orange Public Library Foundation Board and the Orange Chamber of Commerce Accreditation Committee.
JOHN AUST, PhD
Mr. Aust is owner of CP Appraisers and the John Aust Real Estate Company. He is on the staff at Rancho Santiago College where he teaches Real Estate and Real Estate Appraisal.
Ms. Ransom is retired from the University of California, Irvine after 25 years. She is a past President of the YWCA. She is active in her church in Costa Mesa as a member of the Choir, and past chair of the Diaconate Board.
JAMES F. GOMINSKY, SR.
Mr. Gominsky is retired from First American Title company after 43 years, where he was Vice President of Special Services and Customer Service. He has been involved in basketball and soccer in the Special Olympics.
Ms. Carlton is a retired Realtor and was very active in the real estate community. She has served in a variety of office for the Board of Realtors and served on the City of Orange Planning Commission.
Ms. Juarez is Compliance Supervisor for Advance Property Services, LLC, a real estate management company specializing in affordable housing.
