Villa Pacifica is designed to provide a pleasant and secure living environment for lower income seniors with access to shopping centers, medical facilities, parks, library, and a post office. This complex encompasses 158 units in two three-story buildings with rents affordable to residents with incomes at 50% to 60% AMI. A recreation building in the center of the site houses a large community room, kitchen, fireplace, reception area, and offices. The common courtyard spaces include a gazebo with sitting areas, two barbecue areas with picnic tables, vegetable garden, and bocce ball playing areas. A concrete walkway loops the secured courtyard and provides exercise opportunities.
Developed in partnership with Prairie Pacific Investments, this project was financed by the City of Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency, Tax-Exempt Bonds and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee program.
